Medium deep ruby ​​colour. The blackcurrant and forest fruit notes characteristic of Néro are intense in
their expressive, variety-specific aroma.
Thanks to reductive fermentation, it is a lighter-toned, fresh, fruity, Beaujolais like red wine. The taste
also shows many kinds of fruits, subtly supported by the fresh, youthful acid structure, with a slight
Mediterranean spiciness. Overall, it’s a harmonious, exciting, unique red wine.
Consumption temperature: 12-14 °C
We recommend it for: grilled meats, game dishes, or even consumed on its own.
